CLOC was renamed from Shell Course "Activities / Experience Outside the Classroom" with effect from September 2024.

Why should I take CLOC?

• Recognize your learning outside classroom with credit points (CPs) in transcript*
• Nurture your soft skills
• Prepare for future employment

 

‼️ Important notes ‼️

1. A completion of CLOC will be recorded on your transcript
2. Earn up to an extra of 6 CPs
3. CPs earned in CLOC are NOT INCLUDED in GPA calculation nor as CPs forfulfilling graduation requirement

 

How to register for a CLOC?

1. Check out the CLOC of your interest.
2. Approach the course offering unit(s) for CLOC registration.

 

Before registering for a CLOC, please pay attention to the target students, enrollment and offering period for each CLOC.
